Product OverviewThis desktop dual laser marking machine combines fiber laser and blue diode laser two light sources, satisfying marking requirements for metals, ceramics, resin, coated materials and various other materials. It features compact body, easy operation and wide application.
I. Working Principle of Dual Laser Sources
1. Fiber Laser Unit
Adopts 1064nm infrared fiber laser with strong thermal effect and concentrated energy, excels at deep engraving on metal materials.
2. Blue Laser Unit
Equipped with 450nm short-wavelength blue cold laser source with mild thermal impact. Two laser sources can be switched independently with one click to toggle fiber laser / blue laser mode without replacing parts.
II. Applicable Materials
Fiber Laser Mode Materials:
Stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, brass, copper, titanium alloy, hard alloy, electroplated materials and all kinds of metals.
Blue Laser Mode Materials:
Plastic, rubber, acrylic, resin, leather, cardboard, ceramic, coated panel, PCB and other non-metal materials.
